This is the policy manual for CPS in Alaska. This is their rules, policies and procedures they are supposed to follow. This is good to have and read over to make sure your case is being handled properly. You can find this manual here. 

This link covers Alaska's rules and procedures of the court. This information is always good to know, so you know how the court should be properly handled and protect and preserve your rights if they are not. That information can be found here. 

An ombudsman is an independent office or official that helps receive, review, and address complaints about government agencies or public services. They are meant to promote accountability, fairness, and transparency, but they do not provide legal representation. If you feel your case is being handled wrong you can file a complaint with the ombudsman for Alaska here.

This link will guide you for people representing themselves to Alaska's Self Help Court website. It gives information about self representation, there is a section to access downloadable court forms (motions, petitions etc) and you can access this website here. 

This website is a guide provided by Alaska for family members that are involved with CPS.  I have not fully read it but I imagine it goes towards more of policies and procedures for family members participating in Kinship Care, however I imagine there is a lot of information anyone dealing with Alaska CPS could use.
